Technology Audit service includes a general assessment of your
current computer and technology infrastructure.

laptops, and servers. We will survey your printers
and fax machines, and compare their quality and cost against
current hardware. Our engineers will look at your wiring,
hubs and switching equipment and we will analyze

delivery process, server storage allocations, data integrity

and backup processes, as well as the efficiency of your current

Design and Architecture
As a follow up phase to our
Technology Audit, Wainwright Consulting can then design and
architect a plan to bring your infrastructure up to the level
that you need to support your business. Wainwright
consultants will discuss your completed technology assessment
with you and help you formulate a technical strategy to fit
your environment.
After laying our your technical strategy and reviewing the latest technologies and a
broad range of options with you, we will conceptually
develop a technology roadmap for your company. We will
then create a rollout plan which can be constructed for a
single
phase, or for multiple phases that align with your
companies schedule and budget constraints.
Solution Implementation
Wainwright Consulting can service your solution
implementation needs by
taking your technology roadmap and deploying the features
according to schedule and according to budget.
Wainwright implementation consultants will familiarize themselves with
your technology roadmap and will define a final
implementation schedule based on team member calendars. We will
work the design plan and implement the technology as agreed
to deploy a solution that will
put your company back into the productivity drivers seat.
